Renẽe has a passion for pairing sellers and buyers together. She desires to help them easily navigate through the currents of a farm, timber or land real estate transaction, which can sometimes be complicated. However, Renẽe\’s background, great organization skills and efficient processes are like a solid vessel that helps her clients avoid any rough waters.
Renẽe is active in a family ranching business that runs commercial beef cattle. The ranch has grazing allotments with the U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management and Idaho State Department of Lands. Her experience working with these and other agricultural-related agencies is a major asset for her clients as she can help them to smoothly traverse through each entity\’s processes.
Renẽe has multiple perspectives on the real estate world. At the age of 19 , she obtained a real estate license and afterward became an appraiser. Later in life, she was offered a position with a timber and milling business where her primary duties dealt with land and timber procurement in multiple states. Eventually, Renẽe became the manager of the forestry department and was responsible for acquiring land and timber for several mills owned by her employer. Her position entailed working with multiple agencies and collaborating with environmental groups, private landowners and political figures.
From the West to Washington, D.C. she has advocated for the freedom to manage natural resources with future sustainability as the priority. She is committed to serving her clients in all aspects of real property.
Renẽe enjoys training horses and dogs on cattle. She likes to explore new country, hunt mushrooms, attend working cowhorse events and collect tack. She enjoys traveling and socializing with all types of people to learn about their culture and lifestyles.My Listings
