Philip brings over 19 years of real estate experience helping clients with the acquisition and disposition of high-quality Farms, Ranches, and Recreational real estate. Philip serves the South and the Delta states as Principal Broker in AL, LA, MS,NC and as Associate Broker in AR, CO, GA, FL, & SC.

Philip earned a BA in Business and Finance from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, NC. In 1994, Philip leveraged his entrepreneurial roots and founded a lumber manufacturing business in Waycross, Ga. Following his family’s agricultural roots, and a passion for the outdoors, in 1996, Philip established a large Southwest Georgia row crop farming operation as producers of peanuts, cotton, corn, wheat, and soybeans.

In 2004, Philip transitioned into land brokerage and became an industry learner from education offered through CCIM and Realtors Land Institute to better serve his clients. Philip continues his affiliation with the Realtors Land Institute to stay on top of the changing markets.

Philip enjoys flying airplanes and earned his private pilot rating in 2002, Instrument pilot rating and Commercial Helicopter Rating in 2008, and Commercial multi-engine airplane in 2009. Philip also holds a part 107 Remote Pilot certificate.

Philip is an avid outdoorsman and sportsman. His free time is spent saltwater fishing, chasing Elk and Whitetails with a bow, spending time with family, flying, as well as giving back to his community and numerous conservation efforts.
