Craig Losee is a Native Son of California. One of three sons of William and Myra Losee. He had the good fortune
of growing up in a family business in the great San Joaquin Valley of Central California.His parents fostered a
strong work ethic and honesty in all his business ventures, real estate career and family.
Craig Losee carries over twenty years of experience negotiating with banks, financiers, and lenders to purchase
assets, lines of credit, and strategic pieces of real estate for future growth. In addition Craig has purchased over
$1 million of equipment annually for a truck leasing company and has developed over $5 million in real estate
in San Luis Obispo and Fresno counties since 2003. Valley NationaLease and Avis Truck Rental thrived from
1972-2000 and served thousand’s of Ag related companies, Manufacturers, Retailers, DOD, Logistics firms,
trucking and family farms from Modesto to Bakersfield. Craig’s success as a business owner is a testament to
outstanding customer service.
In addition Craig has secured entitlements for real estate development through county, city governments, and
planning departments, purchased land suitable for development in high growth and income areas. Additional
background includes negotiating complex multi-million dollar contracts involving raw land, acreage, multitenant
income properties, and residential buildings.
Craig has owned and managed properties from the Sierra’s to the Pacific Ocean. Cabins at Huntington Lake.
A duck club in the South Grasslands. Multiple commercial, Industrial, Mixed-use and residential properties in
Fresno, Clovis, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach, Shell Beach and Santa Margarita. He understands
the land and his experience is invaluable to his clients. His 25 years of real estate sales and consulting will
produce positive results for all his clients. He practices fair dealing and an ethical approach to doing business.
Scholastically Craig graduated from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor
of Science, Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and Property Management.
