Brice Hedrick has been active in real estate in the greater west central Minnesota area for over 20 years and is a licensed Certified General Appraiser. During this time, he has provided valuations and consulting services on a wide variety of properties including dry crop, irrigated, and recreational lands, farm headquarters, grain and livestock facilities, rural residential properties, lake shore residences, single family, and other investment real estate.

Brice previously worked for AgCountry Farm Credit Services as Minnesota’s Team Lead Appraiser and is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

Brice is committed to assisting his clients with their properties as he understands the great value and emotional tie that real estate uniquely holds to each buyer and seller.

Outside of work, Brice spends the majority of his time in outdoor activities that include hunting, fishing and camping, as well as spending time on his own recreational property. Sharing these experiences with his wife and three sons is one of his biggest passions.

Regarding the sale of "Randen Ridge Retreat LLC" my siblings and I worked with Butch Hagelstrom and Brice Hedrick along with other land sales organizations. Brice all through our inquires presented professionally Hayden’s history working with customers and various options for selling our property we have held for 60 years. I myself had a few face to face meetings with Brice and was impressed with his confidence and knowledge throughout our contract. His work and demeanor always placed our needs first giving us the confidence to turn over the reins for Hayden to make a sale for us.
