Shaylee Baum

Shaylee is originally from eastern South Dakota and moved to Northern Colorado where she was raised. She comes from a farm and ranch background. Her parents taught her the hard work and dedication it takes to own and raise livestock. Which was a huge benefit when it came down to being a ranch hand, and managing farms around Northern Colorado.

Her passion for horses never died as she worked on a breeding, boarding, and training facility for ten years and learned to A.I. and do embryo transfers on mares. Shaylee trained and showed horses for several years and still trains to this day. She specializes in reining, reined cow horses, and all-around performance horses. As her showing career slowed she re-directed into barrel racing, and still competes around Colorado.

Aside from the horses, she always appreciates a working ranch and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Becoming a part of Hayden Outdoors opened the doorway to land and equipment auctions where she can assist with all needs.
