Philip Leabo is a native of Thomas County Ga. which is commonly known as the “Red Hills Region “. This region is well known for it’s Quail Hunting Plantations, Deer Hunting and Agriculture. Philip comes from a family tradition of “ Living On The Land” and enjoying the outdoors on both sides of the family from cattle farms in Weld County Colorado and farming and cattle interest in South Georgia. Philip has developed a passion for the outdoors and the lifestyle that accompanies the sporting traditions, enjoyment, preservation, management, and conservation of the land. Philip brings over 16 years of real estate transaction experience in farms, land, and commercial real estate. Prior to real estate, Philip founded a Lumber Business in 1994 and a row crop farming operation in 1997. In 2005 Philip transitioned into real estate sales and became an industry learner where he has completed education courses through CCIM and the realtors land institute to better serve his clients.
Philip resides in Thomasville, Ga with his wife Lisa and 2 sons. Philip enjoys being outdoors with the family, hiking, scouting, hunting, fishing, biking, and flying helicopters as a commercial rated pilot.
Philip has been an active Rotarian for over 2 years as well as 8 years of service as a Board Member for Thomas University. Philip also enjoys Ducks Unlimited, The National Wild Turkey Federation, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
