I recently purchased a house in Saint Francis, Kansas through Olivia Rogers. Though I have been involved in a real estate purchase before, I have never worked with a realtor or purchased a home inside city limits. Needless to say, I had a lot of questions! Olivia was so great to work with and very patient. If she didn't know the answer to my question, she researched until she found the information I needed. She was a huge help in scheduling the inspection and resolving the few issues that were found. She also worked hard to help me close quickly. I feel like she went above and beyond to finalize the sale. I would definitely work with Olivia again and would highly recommend her as a realtor.
