Joe Stefanec's outdoor lifestyle in the Colorado Rocky Mountains began as a young boy in Twin Lakes where Joe worked with his Father building mountain homes in Lake County. In his free time, Joe explored, fished, biked and hiked the Central Rockies - always taking special interest in land ownership and log home living.
Because of his communication skills and integrity, Joe was recruited by a business mentor in 1973 to learn the business of selling personal and corporate Life Insurance, which he has done for over 40 years. Today, Joe’s Denver-based insurance team continues to service hundreds of customers, and he now spends his personal time helping like-minded individuals to locate and purchase rural and recreational properties through Hayden Outdoors.
Joe’s passion has also led him to successfully develop, build, occupy and sell mountain log homes in the Summit County area, as well self storage facilities the Pikes Peak Region of Colorado. Joe brings to the Real Estate world his experience, communication and customers service skills. He also lives the outdoor lifestyle, and is uniquely qualified to assist those that desire the same.
Joe is a proud and successful Father of three fine Daughters, and enjoys the best of life with them. Never far away is his pal "Lucy", 175 pound St. Bernard, that travels with him almost daily. Aside a deep-seeded passion for classic and modern muscle cars, Joe brings balance and a powerful passion for Real Estate that most recognize and appreciate at first encounter.
