Brad grew up in the South Texas town of Cuero (Spanish for rawhide) where he spent much of his youth hunting dove, quail, squirrels, rabbits and whitetail deer on their family farm along the Guadalupe River. He learned to fish the coastal waters of Port O’Connor with his Dad for redfish, speckled trout and flounder. He now enjoys hunting and fishing with his sons John and Austin.
His varied background includes over 12 years of farming and ranching experience including six years with the world renowned King Ranch in the Quarter Horse Division. He spent one year as interim cameraman for Larry Weishuhn’s “Hunting the World” TV show which included trips to Alaska and British Columbia hunting for Black Bear, Caribou and Grizzly Bear. He also spent almost 4 years with KEDT, the PBS affiliate in Corpus Christi as a producer and cameraman for a variety of political and local interest TV shows. On the business side, he held corporate sales and client relation positions with IBM and Sony/BMG. Brad earned his BA degree in Communications from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
Brad has almost 12 years experience as licensed realtor in Texas and Oklahoma. He has represented both buyers and sellers with properties that range from 88 acres with a 45 acre trophy bass lake to a sprawling 4200 acre Oklahoma ranch. Other unique properties included features like a golf course, high fence exotic hunting and incredible family lodges.
