Bob Regester is a broker with Hayden Outdoors. Over the past 26 years Bob, a 3rd generation native has been selling ranching, hunting, and fishing properties in the central Colorado Rockies. Bob's love for hunting, fishing, and exploring the wilderness drew him into a career in selling mountain properties. Bob is also a thrill seeker and is a four time champion and current record holder of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Bob is versed in Conservation Easements, 1031 exchanges, and development of larger properties. Bob looks forward to assisting families to achieve their real estate dreams.
