John Leo Hayden, principal Broker/Owner of Hayden Outdoors, brings over 35 years of experience in farm and ranch sales, appraisals and 1031 exchanges in both Kansas and Colorado. His son, Dax Hayden joined him in 2000 and further expanded their business into Colorado.
In 2004, Hayden Outdoors became the first company, outside of Nebraska, to participate in a new real estate opportunity opportunity with Cabela's Trophy Properties. Being avid hunters and fishermen who know habitat, terrain, water and wildlife, the Cabela's Trophy Properties recreational real estate program was a natural fit. Hayden Outdoors currently manages recreational sales in Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona.
